Skipness Castle
Skipness Castle is impressive as it has managed to survive for more than seven centuries in a surprisingly intact state. Dating back to the early 1200s the castle has had quite the colourful history and now stands in ruins. The grounds have an amazing view looking out over Kilbrandon Sound and Arran.
