About Sorakuen Garden
Sorakuen Garden is a splendid example of a traditional Japanese garden. The centerpiece of Sorakuen is a large pond, with sculptured gardens arranged around it. Each season brings its own delights, with azalea blooming in spring and leaves turning in autumn. The camphor tree, said to be around 500 years old, is a magnificent sight. There is an entrance fee to tour the gardens. (Kobe, Japan)
