About 10 000 species of plants can be found in the Tartu Botanical Gardens originating from tundra to tropical rainforests. The botanical garden is has the most species in Estonia and offers a great opportunities to photograph its wide variety of flowers. There are intricate garden beds, scenic trails and four greenhouses to explore. It is the oldest botanical garden in the Baltic States, operating for more than 200 years in the same location. The garden is designed by world-renowned botanists, professors Ledebour and Bunge. Guests can visit the greenhouses with a ticket, but the garden is open for everyone for free. (Tartu, Estonia)
