Tempio del Valadier
Tempio del Valadier is a beautiful octagonal sanctuary in the neoclassical style built by Pope Leo XII, sitting in the mouth of an intricate cave system. The temple is built completely out of white travertine marble constrasts beautifully with the surrounding cave and its lead dome seems even more imposing because it almost touches the rock ceiling.
