Thomas Foster Memorial
The Thomas Foster Memorial is an amazing piece of architecture - not one piece of wood was used in the construction of the building, which features an octagon-shaped base which the building sits on, a stunning copper roof, carved stone and hand-painted eye-catching windows. The floors feature rich-coloured terrazzo and marble mosaics in symbolic designs. The grounds are always open to photograph the memorial from the outside, if you want to see the stunning interior it is open for Tours on Wed, Thurs, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:30-am-4:30 pm during July and August.
