Thunder Bay Falls is a beautiful and serene location tucked away just outside Galena. The falls stretch out over a rock wall leading to lots of tumbling streams. This set of falls is very weather dependent - so they are much more photogenic after a rain storm, especially in the later summer months when water levels are lower. (Galena, Illinois, USA)
