UT Tower
The UT Tower, standing at the heart of the University of Texas' Austin campus, is a 307-foot tall structure completed in 1937 that remains one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks. Built in a Beaux-Arts style with limestone and a red-tiled roof, the tower is striking both day and night, when it is often illuminated in burnt orange for special occasions. Photographers can capture detailed architectural shots from the Main Mall or wide-angle views that frame the tower against the campus greens and downtown skyline. Guided tours provide access to the observation deck, offering panoramic city vistas. Centrally located, the tower is easily reached by foot or public transit. (Austin, Texas, USA)
