Virgilio Barco Library is a unique brick building designed with a circular flow of the building, water features and weaving ramps. A walk through its intercommunicated terraces offers panoramic views of the city and surrounding parks. The roofs are covered with ceramic tiles, as a reference to the Quimbaya civilization, a pre-Columbian culture. (Bogotá, Colombia)
