Known for it’s statues which sit in rows around the temple, this Buddhist temple was constructed by King U-Thong as a monastery in the 1300s. It is a very popular tourist destination and can get quite crowded by midday. There is also a fee for foreign visitors to enter the temple grounds. That said it is a worthy destination for picture taking with many different angles to be captured.
