Wolfe's Neck Woods State Park
Wolfe's Neck Woods State Park contains many varied ecosystems, including climax white pine and hemlock forests, a salt marsh estuary, and the rocky shorelines on Casco Bays and the Harraseeket River. Just offshore along the western edge of the park sits Googins Island where Osprey's nest all summer before making their annual trek to South America each fall. (Freeport, Maine)
