Abandoned Steetley Pier
The former Steetley Magnesite Works used to dominate this area, now the only relics of the chemical plant are found on the beach. The largest of which is the impressive 2,000ft long wooden pier which was constructed to carry pipes that pumped seawater to the former works. (Hartlepool, England)
