Bantiger TV Tower
The Bantiger TV Tower rises above the rolling hills east of Bern, set on the summit of Bantiger hill at 947 meters above sea level. While the tower itself is not accessible to the public, a nearby viewing platform offers excellent views over the Swiss Plateau, including the city of Bern, the Jura range, and on clear days, the distant Alps. The location is reached via a well-maintained hiking trail from the village of Ferenberg or other nearby points, making it a rewarding stop for landscape photographers. The open surroundings and elevation make it a strong location for sunrise, sunset, and long-distance shots in all seasons. (Bolligen, Bern, Switzerland)
