Bergeron Centre For Engineering Excellence
A stunning piece of architecture at York University. The building is designed to represent a cloud floating over a rock on Georgian Bay. The facade is made up of a series of 8,000 triangular metal panels and windows positioned according to a complex and precise algorithm thus evoking the properties of a cloud that is both scale-less and ever-changing.
