McMichael Canadian Art Collection
McMichael Canadian Art Collection is an incredible art gallery set uniquely set in 100 acres of conservation land and hiking trails that wind their way through natural stands of maple, oak and pine, alongside the Humber River to Binder Twine Park. It focuses exclusively on Canadian and Indigenous art, both historical and contemporary. The permanent collection consists of over 6,500 artworks by Tom Thomson, the Group of Seven, their contemporaries, and First Nations, Métis, Inuit and contemporary artists who have contributed to the development of the art of Canada.
