About Cascata del Caccamo
Cascata del Caccamo is a unique waterfall where the water suddenly appears as it tumbles 35m from a hole in the gorge wall. These amazing falls land in a plunge pool of crisp, clear water before continuing on their winding journey through the Gole del Salinello (Salinello Gorge). The strength of the falls is weather dependent so there may be very little water late in the summer - more of a trickle then a tumbling falls. (Ripe di Civitella, Italy)
