Croome Panorama Tower
Perched on a gentle rise within the Croome estate, this elegant neoclassical tower offers one of the best elevated viewpoints in the Midlands, with sweeping 360-degree views across manicured parkland, the Malvern Hills, and distant Worcester Cathedral. The circular colonnade and domed roofline make it a striking architectural subject on its own, so approach from the lower paths to frame it against the sky with the parkland in the foreground. A wide-angle lens works well for the exterior, while the spiral staircase inside rewards a tighter focal length to capture its graceful curves. Golden hour light, either early morning or late afternoon, brings out the warm stone tones and casts long shadows across the surrounding landscape. The tower sits within the National Trust managed Croome Park, so check opening times before visiting, as access to the interior and viewing platform is not always guaranteed.
