Duddo Five Stones
Duddo Five Stones is a historic stone circle dating back to the Early Bronze Age, approximately 4000 years ago. The stones were known as the Four Stones until 1903, when the fifth stone was re-erected. The grounds have spectacular views across the borders and Northumbrian countryside. The stones are now surrounded by privately owned farmland but the owner has cleared a permissive path across their fields to the stones. The path to the stones crosses 3 fields and can get a little rough/muddy at times. (Duddo, England)
