East End of Rundle Trail (EEOR) is a 5.6 kilometer out and back trail that features breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the crisp turquoise waters of Whitsmans Pond. It is definitely a steep and strenuous hike, with a few portions where you’ll need to use your hands. The trail is best (weather and safety wise) from May until October. The trailhead and parking area sits along AB-742. (Spray Valley Provincial Park, Alberta, Canada)
