Ha Ling Peak is a 2407m peak on the northwestern edge of Mount Lawrence Grassi. The first 70% of the hike is through the alpine forest. You’ll likely find patches of snow even in the early summer, and you’ll find a variety of beautiful views along the way. The entire hike is great but the real prize is when you make it to the top. Once at the peak, you’ll have stunning views of the Rocky Mountains and the town of Canmore. It’s also the edge of a mountain which creates many unique shooting opportunities. This area is subject to seasonal closure due to weather conditions, both snow in winter and severe rain in summer, so it's best to check Alberta Parks before heading out to explore this area.(Canmore, Alberta, Canada)
