Flat Lick Falls is a 28-foot water fall set in a lush forest. It empties into a large rocky pool at the bottom of the falls. The water level varies in its flow throughout the year and is best viewed after rainfall or melting snow. In the driest stretches of summer, there may not be much to see in terms of a waterfall, but it's still a nice little hiking trail. (Atkinstown, Kentucky, USA)
