Fountain Valley Overlook has a beautiful view looking out over the surrounding rugged red rock formations uniquely mixed with wildflower meadows. The Fountain Formation is an amazing spot where the tilted red sandstones rise out of the ground at a 60 degree angle; the result of millions of years of erosion and uplift. There is a daily use fee to shoot and explore this area. (Roxborough State Park, Colorado, USA)
