God's Own Junkyard is a sprawling warehouse filled floor to ceiling with neon signs, vintage lightboxes, and glowing art installations, creating one of the most visually dense shooting environments you will find anywhere in London. The sheer density of color and light means almost every angle offers a compelling frame, but look for layering opportunities where signs overlap and reflections bounce between surfaces for added depth. Shooting wide with something in the 16-35mm range helps capture the overwhelming scale, while a 50mm lets you isolate individual signs with cleaner compression. The interior is entirely artificial light, so bring a fast lens or bump your ISO; a tripod may be restricted on busy days so check ahead. Visit on a weekday to avoid crowds, and allow yourself time to explore deeper into the space where the density of neon builds dramatically. Entry is free during café opening hours.
