Lago Grey is a striking glacial lake situated in Torres del Paine National Park, part of the Southern Patagonian Ice Field in Chile. Named after the Grey Glacier at its western end, the lake is known for the large icebergs that break off the glacier and float across the water, presenting a dramatic and constantly changing landscape. This, combined with the surrounding snow-capped mountains and forests, creates an incredible spectacle for photographers. The lake is best accessed via the Pehoé sector of the park and is usually included as part of the 'W' and 'O' trekking circuits and/or accessible using the Lago Grey glacial tour. It offers excellent opportunities for landscape and wildlife photography, especially during the golden hours of sunrise and sunset when the light transforms the scenery into an ethereal spectacle.
