Hoad Monument (Sir John Barrow Monument) is a 100 ft tower at the top of Hoad Hill erected in 1850 to commemorate Sir John Barrow. It is a replica of an early version of the Eddystone Lighthouse. The tower can be seen for miles around as it stands tall overlooking Ulverston and Morecambe Bay. (Ulverston, England)
