The Palais Saint Georges is a beautiful heritage building with a colourful history. The palace was built in 1670 as a new wing of the Benedictine Abbey St-Georges. It was later converted into barracks during the Revolution. The building itself has a long facade with 18 arcades. It is surrounded by a beautiful French garden open to the public. (Rennes, France)
