Jennette's Pier
Jennette's Pier is the longest public pier in North Carolina, stretching out 1000ft into the Atlantic Ocean. There are beautiful views of the town of Nags Head itself as you head towards the end of the pier. In fact, there's no better way to get a new perspective of the Outer Banks from the ocean's viewpoint than a long walk down an equally long pier. Uniquely the pier is lined with soaring wind turbines that create amazing shooting lines from the shoreline. The pier and beach is especially photogenic during sunrise.
