Le Grammont
Le Grammont, rising to 2,172 meters above Vouvry, is a prominent peak in the Chablais Alps that rewards hikers and photographers with breathtaking views over Lake Geneva and the surrounding alpine landscape. The summit offers sweeping vistas that include the lake’s shimmering surface, the Rhône Valley, and distant peaks of the Swiss and French Alps. The hike to the top is moderately challenging, typically accessed via the scenic trail from Lac de Taney, and offers plenty of photo opportunities along the way, including wildflowers, alpine ridges, and mountain wildlife. The area is best visited in late spring through early autumn, and proper hiking gear is essential. (Vouvry, Valais, Switzerland)
