Lealt Falls
Lealt Falls is a striking waterfall located along the Trotternish Peninsula on the Isle of Skye, offering a dramatic display of cascading water set within a deep, rugged gorge. Easily accessible from a designated viewpoint just off the A855, the site provides excellent photographic opportunities of the falls as well as sweeping coastal views over the Sound of Raasay. A short trail leads to multiple vantage points, including one that overlooks the lower falls tumbling toward the sea. The best time to photograph Lealt Falls is after rainfall, when the water flow is strongest, and during golden hour for rich light on the surrounding cliffs. With its dramatic landscape and ease of access, Lealt Falls is a rewarding stop for landscape and nature photographers alike. (Isle of Skye, Scotland)
