About Lilienthalpark
Lilienthalpark is a monument to Otto Lilienthal who spent the 1890's experimenting with gliders and flight. At the time of his death (in a glider experiment accident) he he had patented 25 glider designs, which would go on to inspire other early flyers, including the Wright Brothers. (Berlin, Germany)
