Loch Glascarnoch
Loch Glascarnoch is a 7km long reservoir that the A835 follows along its south shore and has several parking areas and photogenic viewpoints. The best views are from the other side, where a track leads to a small power station about halfway along the loch. When the glen was flooded, stands of trees were covered and now a lot of driftwood has been blown eastwards to accumulate in the small bays. (Garve, Scotland)
