Long Reef Beach stretches along Sydney’s Northern Beaches between Collaroy and Dee Why, offering photographers a broad sandy shoreline framed by the rocky Long Reef Headland. The wide beach provides clean leading lines as waves roll toward shore, while the nearby sandstone cliffs and reef add strong natural elements to coastal compositions. Early mornings are especially rewarding, with surfers entering the water and soft sunrise light reflecting across wet sand and breaking waves.
