About Mandrac Harbor
Natural shelters from stormy winds, high seas, and tempests are known as "mandrač" areas, attracting the first settlers with habitation recorded as early as 7 AD. This area became a gathering place for local fishermen and their families. With a vibrant mix of colorful fishing boats, historic stone buildings, and the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea, it offers photographers a variety of compositions. The harbor’s serene marina, framed by ancient city walls and lively waterfront cafes, provides ideal settings for both daytime and sunset photography. The golden hour casts a magical glow over the scene, enhancing the town’s Mediterranean charm. There is a large public parking area making the area very easy to access. (Novigrad, Croatia)
