Molen de Juffer
Molen de Juffer is scenically located just outside the village of Gasselternijveen, near the stream of the Hunze. From the position of the mill you have a beautiful view over the restored stream area of the 'Oude Weer', built in 2014. The millers are happy to show you around and pancake flour is for sale. The proceeds of this sale are for the preservation of the mill. (Gasselternijveen, Netherlands)
