Peñones de San Cristóbal, located along the shoreline of Almuñécar in southern Spain, is a group of large rocky outcrops that rise sharply from the Mediterranean Sea. These natural formations, easily accessed by foot from the town’s promenade, offer bold silhouettes and textures that contrast beautifully with the surrounding blue waters and coastal skyline. A nearby viewpoint and walking paths provide excellent vantage points for wide-angle shots, especially during golden hour when the rocks catch the warm light and the sea glows below. The area is also lit at night, making it a great subject for twilight photography. (Almuñécar, Spain)
