Praia da Empa

Praia da Empa is a small beach tucked away in a rugged cove that almost completely disappears at high tide. The beach is dotted with unique rock formations that are quite photogenic as the tide is changing and they slowly begin to appear out of the water. Plus this area is part of Ericeira’s protected World Surfing Reserve so you may find the waterline dotted with surfers to photograph. (Ericeira, Portugal)
