Saint Rumbold's Cathedral
Saint Rumbold's Cathedral is a soaring stone cathedral that dates back to the mid-1200s. It's dedicated to Saint Rumbold, a Christian missionary and martyr who founded an abbey nearby. His remains are rumoured to be buried inside the cathedral. The impressive bell tower is the is opened for visitors to climb (for a small fee) and it provides a clear view of the whole city (and even Brussels on a clear day). (Mechelen, Belgium)
