Siklawica Waterfall (Wodospad Siklawica)
Siklawica Waterfall, tucked away in the Strążyska Valley near Zakopane, is a picturesque drop cascade surrounded by steep forested cliffs in the Tatra Mountains. The waterfall plunges nearly 23 meters in two stages, offering a dramatic yet accessible subject for nature and long exposure photography. The short hike from the Strążyska Valley entrance takes about 40 minutes and follows a scenic trail alongside a mountain stream. Best photographed in spring or after rainfall for stronger flow, the falls are shaded by surrounding cliffs and trees, making midday light manageable. The area is part of Tatra National Park, so visitors should stay on marked trails and respect park guidelines. (Zakopane, Lesser Poland, Poland)
