About The Talbot Botanic Gardens
Between 1948 and his death in 1973, Milo Talbot enhanced the grounds of the castle, laying out 20 acres of gardens and introducing many rare trees and shrubs, which evolved into the spectacular Talbot Botanic Gardens. Lord Milo Talbot had travelled the world and brought home exotic plants from many countries, including Australia and Chile. (Malahide, Ireland)
