Tjeldbergtind

Tjeldbergtind is home to a breathtaking summit that gives you beautiful views of Svolvaer, Kabelvåg and Vågan. There are two ways to hike to the summit from the Tjeldbergtind hike trailhead or the Tjeldbergtind hike trailhead (hard). The first trailhead is a bit longer as it follows the ridge line giving beautiful views but less steep walking. The second trailhead takes you right up to the top along a shorter but much steeper hike. While hiking in this area please remember not walk off the trail – this damages the environment which is very fragile and leads to trail closures being put in place - and to be sure to leave no trace.
