About Tors Cove Beach
Tors Cove is a small village located on the east coast of the Avalon Peninsula of Newfoundland, approximately 40 km south of St. John's along Route 10 (Irish Loop Drive/Southern Shore Highway). It was formerly named Toads Cove. The cove is dotted with islands off its beach. Fox Island (left) is the largest of the islands. (Tors Cove, Avalon Peninsula, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada)
