View of Johanneskirche
Johanneskirche - Evangelische Kirchengemeinde Stuttgart-West is a historic protestant church that dates back to 1876. After being nearly destroyed in the Second World War, the main church building was reconstructed, but the Gothic vaults were replaced with modern ones and the tower was intentionally left incomplete to serve as a sort of war memorial. The church sits photogenically overlooking a small pond, Feuersee and surrounded by lush leafy trees. (Stuttgart, Germany)
