White Nothe
White Nothe is a beautiful series of high white cliffs and a grassy headland. This area has spectacular views from the SW Coastal Path towards Durdle Door, around to Weymouth, Chesil Beach and Portland harbour, and across to the Isle of Portland. (The complete arch of Durdle Door can’t be seen, but its much smaller neighbour “Bat’s Hole” can.) There are steep and ancient smuggler’s paths leading down to rugged beaches with crisp clear water.
