Cascade du Coeur, Passy, France
Cascade du Cœur is a distinctive waterfall located above Passy in the Haute-Savoie region of France. Its name, meaning “Heart Waterfall,” comes from the natural heart-like shape formed by the rock face and flowing water. Set against steep alpine cliffs with views toward the Mont Blanc massif, the falls create a strong focal point for landscape photography. The waterfall is best captured after rainfall or snowmelt when the flow is fuller, and late afternoon light adds depth to the surrounding rock textures. The site can be viewed from designated viewpoints along the road above Passy, making it accessible without a long hike. (Passy, Haute-Savoie, France)
