This mural was painted on the side of the Virgin Money Lounge in Castle Street by the architectural illustrator Derek Jackson (who called it 'The Case for Norwich') for a project started in April 2018 by the Norwich Business Improvement District (BID) with the aim of reviving the vacant and tired spaces in the city. The large-scale paintings follow the theme "City of Stories".
