Elk Falls
Elk Falls, located in Elk Falls Provincial Park, is a dramatic waterfall plunging over 25 meters into a rugged canyon surrounded by dense temperate rainforest. A suspension bridge spans the canyon directly in front of the falls, offering photographers the perfect vantage point for capturing the full force and scale of the cascade. Framed by moss-covered trees and rocky cliffs, the site is especially photogenic in spring when water flow peaks or during autumn when the surrounding foliage turns vibrant. Well maintained trails and viewing platforms make access straightforward from the nearby parking area, with plenty of opportunities for both wide shots and detail work along the way.
