Fern Falls is a beautiful 60-foot waterfall that plunges down Fern Creek. As it tumbles down through the forest these falls cast a fine mist across the trail. It’s a perfect place to stop, cool off, and take in the sights and sounds of the falls before hiking on to Fern Lake. Note - you should vvoid parking along Fern Lake road as this damages the road side and vehicles are often ticketed. ( Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado, USA)
