Porto Leixões Cruise Terminal is a modern building with waterfront views. Opened in 2015, it serves as a cruise terminal while also housing exhibition spaces and a rooftop viewpoint. The structure stands out for its curved, spiral design, wrapped in white tiles that reflect light and create a clean, textured surface. Sitting along the Atlantic Ocean, the terminal is surrounded by wide walkways and breakwaters that offer different angles of the building against the water. The rooftop area provides elevated views over the coastline and back toward the city. Early morning and late afternoon light work well with the building’s shape, while its bright exterior contrasts nicely with changing sky conditions.
