Skypark @ Marina Bay Sands
Perched on top of the iconic Marina Bay Sands hotel, this rooftop observation deck sits 200 meters above Singapore and offers one of the most dramatic urban panoramas in Southeast Asia. The north-facing view over Marina Bay is the classic shot, with the city skyline, the ArtScience Museum's lotus form, and the glittering waterfront all framing up cleanly. Turn south and you get the sweeping canopy structures of Gardens by the Bay stretching toward the coast. Shoot during the blue hour just after sunset when the city lights come alive but the sky still holds color, or stay for the nightly light show over the bay. A wide-angle lens around 16-24mm handles the full panorama well, while a short telephoto lets you compress the skyline layers. The deck is ticketed and can get crowded, so arriving early or late in the evening gives you more room to work the railing. (Singapore, Central Region, Singapore)
