Spire of Lloyd is an 18th-century folly in the form of a Doric column, surmounted by a glazed lantern. Sometimes described as Ireland's only inland lighthouse. There are also fantastic views from the top of the tower - it's possible to see almost 100km away on a clear day. ( Kells Road, Ireland)
