Wat Chom Si (That Chom Si) was built in 1804. This incredible stupa features a striking gold dome, which is particularly photogenic at sunset, when the light bathes the stupa in golden light. Be aware that reaching the stupa requires climbing roughly 300 steps. (Luang Prabang, Laos)
